For our contact lens patients:
For most patients we are able to order contact lenses with free shipping. You must order a minimum of 2 boxes and your exam must be within the last 14 months.
We are requiring payment in full prior to us placing the order.
We have 3 methods with which you can pay your balance.:

A check dropped through the mail slot at the office.

We are also able to repair and replace you eyeglasses. Complete the form below and we will contact you within 48 hours to assist you.
Note: If you are ordering a new pair of eyeglasses, we will only replace them with something that you have purchased from us before.
